Group Leader
Monday - Friday

Group leaders are key individuals at Camp HBC. Group leaders receive a crew of 6-8 campers and their job is to love, care and have tons of fun! They are also responsible for leading small group discussion time.
Registration Assistant
Monday - Friday

Registration Assistants are the face of Camp HBC every morning and afternoon for parents and guardians. Registration Assistants are key members, ensuring check-in and check-out run smoothly!

Not quite sure about group leading on your own? No problem! Assistant Group leaders are paired up and work together to lead campers through the day!

Do you like capturing hilarious, special and meaningful moments! Come join us at Camp HBC as the camp photographer. Ability to put together a slideshow at the end of the week is an asset!

If you are looking for a behind-the-scenes position, this one is for you! We are looking for volunteers to set-up, take down and clean up throughout the day.
Kitchen helpers get the fan (camper) choice award every year. You have the joy of working in a team to prepare lunch for campers and staff. We love kitchen helpers!

Extended care workers are the friendly faces who welcome and hang out with our long haul campers! This is the opportunity for before or after the work day!

Requirements for Volunteers:
For the safety of our campers, all volunteers, 18 years and older, are required to:
1) Be a member of Hespeler Baptist Church.
2) Complete the PlantoProtect Training/have up to date PlantoProtect training.
3) Submit a vulnerable sectors check (reimbursement is available).
If you are over the age of 18 we need you to supply us with an up-to-date vulnerable sector check (Police Check) and require you to be a member at Hespeler Baptist Church.
